POWER NEWS – 18 april 2017

A student has been found dead in the premise of police school situated at Ranibari. Kundan Thapa was on a holiday after taking exam of class 8. On the one hand, school administration credits Facebook to be the reason for Thapa’s suicide, on the other hand family blames school for his death. According to school, Thapa jumped from the third floor of the school on Wednesday. Police investigation is on. -

Narayan Gopal Guruwacharya(October 4, 1939 – December 5, 1990) was a prominent popular singer and composer of Nepali music. He has been referred to as “Swar Samrat” meaning: Emperor of Voice) in Nepali music. He was also known as “Tragedy King.” His voice range allowed him to sing songs of every genre of Nepalese music.
